Church is pissed off, ready to go Packed their hatred for the funeral Bigots, racists, inbred pigs Righteous minds doth bias transcend They're calling people Sodomites, I'm screaming Pharisee Jesus was a punk rocker, he took a stand Crying “Anarchy!" Conservatives start leading herds Blindly lead by mistaken words Pastors, bankers, all the same Money given by god's fair game They’re calling people Communists I’m screaming Oligarchy Jesus was a punk rocker, he took a stand Crying “Anarchy!" If you’re going to obsess over a book You should probably take the time and give it a look Your god hated wealth and authority He wanted socialism, post-Roman anarchy I’m calling out for less ignorance I’m screaming literacy The guy you worship was a punk, through, and through, Just read.

Human Curse 01:23
I really hate the nights I try to find meaning in life My eyes are burning, attempts for reason bring me strife When I think about where my life is headed Suddenly I’m broke, I’m 52, sidewalk for my bedding Context in theologies you’ve never heard of Trade strangers for those who should earn your love Compare your life with the weight of society’s worst Subject yourself to the human curse Panic attacks, remember things I thought were buried Pressures rise, anger pounding, echoed voices carry Can’t place the scene, eternally plaguing my mind Can't deal with apprehension of this kind Context in theologies you’ve never heard of Trade strangers for those who should earn your love Compare your life with the weight of society’s worst Subject yourself to the human curse I don’t know where I’m going I’m pretty terrified I don’t know why I’m angry Terrified of what’s inside

about

It's been a long time coming. Two tracks recorded in 2014 that found me back in a basement shouting until my lungs were shredded. Now it's 2015, I haven't seen these dudes in a year, and time is moving way too quickly and that line about 52 scares me a bit. Again. So thanks to Matt, Grant, Max, and the rest of Indiana for giving me something to think about so I can stay sane on the left coast.
